Customer Care Support Engineer NeuroCare (f/m)

Tasks:
- Support final assembly in all quality issues
- Approve the devices built in Hoechberg
- Support Engineering and QA to improve and approve documents
- Check the effectiveness of Engineering Change Orders (ECO)
- Support Engineering and QA in the article introduction process
- Support with Quality Metrics
- React sensitively and with empathy to all inquiries, provide timely solutions and concurrently develop awareness to increase profitability and revenue.

Profile:
- Technician or similar education
- Profound knowledge in Mechanics and Electronics
- Experience in Quality issues
- Knowledge in the Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a team
- good communication skills
- good technical understanding
- organizational skills
- good German and English skills
